Delicious Borsch, 3-Jun-2017

On the 3rd of June year 6 and 7 students learned to cook borsch. Students have executed the task well, had a good time and cooked a delicious borsch!

All parents were able to taste our borsch! Comments on the taste and the color of the borsch were very positive.

Many thanks to two wonderful mothers Chrestyna Kogut-Kmetj and Kathryn Flunt, who spent the whole day with us helping to chop vegetables, cooking, cleaning, serving the borsch to parents and finally washing the dishes.

We have made a film in the process providing our recipe and the cooking instructions for our meatless borsch.
